Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bloom Isle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms.

Advertisements

• The App displays optional rewarded advertisements powered by Google AdMob.
• You may choose to watch ads to earn in-game rewards such as energy and gems.
• Watching ads is entirely optional and not required to play the game.
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we are not responsible for the content of such ads.
• By watching ads, you agree to Google's Terms of Service.

Virtual Currency

Coins, gems, and energy earned within the App are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game mechanics.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, text, and sound, is owned by Moamen Basel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
